I noticed a Plein Aire event at this garden on Saturday morning and we dashed down. Kathy wasn't really prepped to paint, but she had fun sketching and talking to all the other artists. As you drive along the autoroutes in this area, you will find signs telling you this is the area of valley gardens. There are 20 or 30 within a 50km radius of Saint-Pol. This is one of the best. There is an abbey as well which we will get back to eventually. Kathy had a wonderful time and we were still able to get back home for a late lunch. We live in an amzing area! Jardin de Valloires
